Morena Moripane Holdings(Pty) Limited, here-by referred to as MMH(Pty) Ltd, is a hundred percent black-owned company founded on the 12 of May 2016 as a private company. It consists of a sole, principal shareholder, a previously disadvantaged individual whose passion is to make an immense contribution to the upliftment of the South African economy.

This individual possesses direct ownership of all shareholding interest together with voting rights attached to that shareholding interest. The company has qualified staff compliment in each area from diverse background.

Morena Moripane Holdings (Pty) Limited foundation has been influenced by the inception of the Broad based Black Economic Empowerment initiative as a Black Company. Black empowerment is our passionate driving force and our business strategy is however based on it.
